Well well well. Now this is one of
the best films of 2001 when it hit the UK cinema screens on
the 19th December.
Fact:
On the first night of the film's debut
in the USA the money that cinemas took rose above the cost
of how much it cost to make the film! $750 million i think
Wow!
Peter Jackon has certainly created
an outstanding likeness to J.R.R.Tolkien's well made novel
about the one ring.
A near 3 hour film offers plenty of action and a detailed
likeness to the storyline if people have read the book. The
cast to make this film has been well brought up and the cast
that play their characters play them very well.
If you have not seen the film or have given thoughts about
seeing it, the story begins in Middle Earth where secretly
the dark lord Sauron has forged a ring of power where he has
poured all of his power, anger, mallace and will to dominate.
The ring falls into the hand of a young hobbit Frodo Baggins
and leads him on the quest of a lifetime.
The film offers so many action scenes and a detailed storyline
following closely to the novel. The action scenes involve
some of the following, the battles in Amon hen with the Uruk
Hai, the battle on Weathertop mountain with the Nazgul, the
battle with the Watcher the Orcs and the Ballrog in the Mines
of Moria, and many other fun scenes like Bilbo Baggins' 111th
birthday.
This is a must see for Lord Of The Rings fans and even if
you have never heard of it. Its a great start to the 3 part
adventure and a great action film.
A massive 5 out of 5
